pH Sensitive Lipids

pH sensitive lipids such as DOBAQ and various DAP analogues are widely used for their ability to change ionization states based on the environment to which they are administered. The pH sensitivity of this class of lipid allows researchers to fine-tune the carriers ability to deliver biologically active molecules to the cytoplasm.
