Avanti operates a registered bulk pharmaceutical facility manufacturing lipid components according to the current guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). We have been inspected by the United States Food and Drug Administration, and look forward to working with your quality assurance personnel. Avanti's knowledgeable staff of chemists and biophysicists will work with you providing information on formulation and lipid physical properties. If necessary, our synthetic team can prepare a wide variety of lipid compounds to tailor materials specifically to your application. We have successfully transferred and scaled proprietary processes to manufacture cGMP materials for many clients.

Once you have decided on a formulation, Avanti will provide packaging options for a smooth transition from development to manufacturing and can formulate multiple lipid components to your specifications. This not only reduces the number of raw material components to quality control but it also reduces the controls necessary during formulation in your manufacturing process.
